DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 13, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated November 13, 2007, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before December 31, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that no enlargements of time to perfect the appeal shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before December 31, 2007, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondents or Law Guardian may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondents and Law Guardian shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before January 14, 2008, and the appellants' reply brief, if any shall be served and filed on or before January 22, 2008.
