DECISION

Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of the order of August 9, 2007 is granted on condition that within 10 days from the date of the order hereon appellant deposit the amount of $7,901 in the court below with proof of the deposit to be filed with this court within one business day after such deposit.

In the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.
