Separate motions by Greater New York Hospital Association, Healthcare Association of New York State, and United Policyholders for leave to file briefs as amici curiae on an appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 2007, and May 24, 2007, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae briefs must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this court on or before December 14, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae briefs on or before December 24, 2007.
