| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered January 9, 2007, to supplement the record on appeal to include a transcript of the proceedings. Cross motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before January 4, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 4, 2008, the respondents, if they be so advised, may serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 19, 2008, the appellant, if she be so advised and if the respondents serve and file a replacement brief, may serve and file a replacement reply brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
