Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 1, 2007, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 15, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief on or before February 22, 2008, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 7, 2008.
