| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 21, 2006, to strike stated portions of the joint record on appeal and the appellants' brief on the ground that the joint record contains or the briefs refer to matter dehors the record, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike pages 284 through 299 of the record on appeal is granted, those pages are stricken, and on or before December 19, 2007, the appellants shall delete or remove that material from the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 18, 2008, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
