Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time of the law guardian and the respondent to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged until December 19, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
