SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Frank B. from an order of fact-finding and an order of disposition of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated February 26, 2007, and separate appeal by Pamela B. from the order of disposition dated February 26, 2007, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect their respective appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged until January 2, 2008.
