Appeals by Sally D. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2006, December 19, 2006, and October 16, 2007, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2006, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-10275, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that appeal was previously dismissed by decision and order on motion dated July 20, 2007, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-05551; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated December 19, 2006, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-10276, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic by expiration of the order dated December 19, 2006.
