Application by the defendant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 8, 2006, to substitute Daniel P. Charnews, Raymond G. Charnews, and Mark Charnews, as executors of the estate of Daniel Charnews, for the deceased defendant Daniel Charnews.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Daniel P. Charnews, Raymond G. Charnews, and Mark Charnews, as executors of the estate of Daniel Charnews, are substituted for the deceased defendant Daniel Charnews, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
