| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered November 27, 2006, and to enlarge the record on appeal to include certain documents. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgment entered November 27, 2006, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 22, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
