Motion by the appellant for leave to correct the caption and statement pursuant to CPLR 5531 on the record and brief it filed with this court on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 19, 2007, the appellant shall correct all copies of the record and brief on file with the Clerk of this Court in the above-entitled action, (1) to indicate in the caption that Wendy Henderson is a respondent-respondent and Kessel Pierrecharles and Travelers Indemnity Insurance Company are additional respondents-respondents, and (2) to indicate in the statement pursuant to CPLR 5531 that the appeal is from an order of the Hon. Luigi Marano.
