Motion by the Law Guardian, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 22, 2006, and February 9, 2007, respectively, on the ground that the appellant's brief does not comply with the rules of this court and to impose a sanction upon the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
