DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered January 13, 2005, to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on May 5, 2004, in the above-entitled action as well as an action entitled People v Ali Grant, conducted in the County Court, Rockland County, under Indictment Nos. 441/03 and 455/03, and the proceedings which occurred June 7, 2004, in the above-entitled action.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 24, 2007, the respondent shall file the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on May 5, 2004, in the above-entitled action as well as an action entitled People v Ali Grant, conducted in the County Court, Rockland County, under Indictment Nos. 441/03 and 455/03, and the proceedings which occurred June 7, 2004, in the above-entitled action with the Clerk of the court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 9, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
