| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant for an extension of time to make an application pursuant to CPL 460.15 for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 18, 2007, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 27, 2007," and substituting therefor the date "January 3, 2008," so that the defendant's time to make an application for leave to appeal from the order dated January 24, 2007, is enlarged until January 3, 2008.
