DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order entered June 15, 2006 as untimely, and for an enlargement of time to submit a respondent's brief in the appeal from the order dated March 14, 2007, are consolidated for disposition.
Motion to dismiss the appeal from the order entered June 15, 2006 granted (see CPLR 5513 [a]).
Motion for an enlargement of time to submit a respondent's brief in the appeal from the order of March 14, 2007 granted, and said brief shall be served and filed by respondent within 21 days of the date of the order hereon. Appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
