DECISION
On the court's own motion, the matter is stricken from the general calendar, all briefs shall be returned to the respective parties and the record remitted to the court below. The stay contained in the order of this court dated March 26, 2007 is continued on condition that appellant perfects the appeal, including settling any and all minutes pursuant to CCA 1704, by March 7, 2008. Appellant shall continue to comply with all the other conditions contained in the order of this court dated March 26, 2007.
