It is Ordered that the petitioner's motion is granted. The stay is vacated. The appellant has failed to comply with the numerous orders of this court requiring the prompt perfection of the appeal, dating back to March 2007. ( see 22 NYCRR § 640.6 ). Accordingly, the conditional stay is vacated.
