Appeals by the defendant Brooklyn Union Gas Company from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2007, and May 17, 2007, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals in the above-entitled action are transferred to the Appellate Division, First Department, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 4(i) for hearing and determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, First Department.
