It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 7, 2007 is hereby amended by deleting the date December 7, 2007 and inserting in its place the date March 7, 2008, and the second ordering paragraph of the same order of this Court is hereby amended by deleting the date January 11, 2008 and inserting in its place the dated April 11, 2008.
