Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kevin Mosley, sworn to August 20, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders entered May 2, 2007 and August 6, 2007 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
