| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Apartment House Council of Nassau County, Inc., and separate motion by Apartment House Council of Nassau County, Inc., Paulsen Real Estate Corp., Executive Towers at Lido, LLC, and Rush Properties, Inc., to calendar appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 16, 2006, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 10, 2007. Application by Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board and New York State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition to serve and file briefs as respondents on the appeal from the judgment entered May 10, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board and New York State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition to serve and file briefs as respondents on the appeal from the judgment entered May 10, 2007, is enlarged until January 14, 2008, and the briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
