| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, both dated June 19, 2007, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the joint record or appendix and 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 1, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
