Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered May 1, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew on or before January 25, 2008, upon the appellant's review of the brief filed by his assigned counsel and served upon the appellant on November 4, 2007, and upon a statement setting forth the issues that he wishes to raise in the supplemental brief.
