Motion by Anthony Galu on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2006, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated February 26, 2007, for leave to reargue that branch of his motion which was to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 1, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
