Motion by the third-party/second third-party defendant Michael H. Swirsky on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered March 30, 2007, and August 27, 2007, respectively, to dismiss the appeal from the order entered August 27, 2007, on the ground that the notice of appeal is defective.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
