| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to hold in abeyance appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated June 21, 2007, and a judgment of the same court entered August 22, 2007, pending resolution of an action entitled Kearney Properties, Inc. v Bondi, pending in the Supreme Court, Putnam County, under Index No. 3004/07.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeals in abeyance is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent will advise the court when the action entitled Kearney Properties v Bondi is finally determined.
