Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 3, 2005, for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to file his supplemental brief is enlarged, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 11, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
