Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered January 10, 2007, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
