Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 31, 2006, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of the proceedings on May 23, 2005, July 15, 2005, July 16, 2005, July 18, 2005, September 14, 2005, and November 2, 2005, under Indictment Nos. 1105/05 and/or 2572/05, and to enlarge the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 16, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as the defendant has filed a supplemental brief in compliance with the decision and order on motion dated April 16, 2007.
