| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered January 5, 2007, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 16, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 15, 2008, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
