| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellant in Appeal No. 1 and the appellants in Appeal No. 2 to admit pro hac vice David W. Field, an attorney in good standing in the State of New Jersey, to represent the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 10, 2007, and July 11, 2007, respectively, to consolidate the appeals, and to stay the trial in each of the above-entitled actions, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to admit pro hac vice David W. Field are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied;
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals shall be calendared together, and shall be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to stay the trial are denied.
