Appeals by Ricardo Grant from three judgments of the County Court, Rockland County, all rendered March 16, 2004. The appeals have not been perfected. By order to show cause dated October 25, 2007, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why the appeals should or should not be dismissed on the ground that he has abandoned the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
