| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered December 15, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 15, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, on or before March 17, 2008, the appellant shall either (1) move for leave to file a supplemental brief, (2) advise the court that a supplemental brief is not required, or (3) advise the court that the transcripts are still incomplete.
