Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kimberly F. Duguay, Esq., dated November 9, 2007,

It is hereby ORDERED that Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq., 2024 West Henrietta Road, Suite 3G, Rochester, New York 14623, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, entered in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on December 22, 2004, in place of Kimberly F. Duguay, Esq; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one record as defined by 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (c) (1) and 10 copies of appellant's brief reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529; and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Monroe County is directed to provide Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based; and

It is further ORDERED that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 22, 2007, is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date December 21, 2007, and inserting in place thereof the date March 28, 2008.
