Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents from selling the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 27, 2007. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
