Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered August 7, 2006, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated September 18, 2007. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
