Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 4, 2007, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 15, 2007, on the ground that it had been rendered academic and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
