ORDERED that its decision and order dated July 10, 2007, which granted the appellant's motion for poor person relief on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 12, 2006, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "October 21, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "October 12, 2006".
