It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appellants perfect their appeal(s) by no later than the April 2008 term of this court - the filing deadline is February 13, 2008. In the event of appellants failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-landlord may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal. The appellants are advised that a complete copy of the transcript of the trial / hearing must be served on the adversary and noticed for settlement before the Civil Court judge, in order to obtain a Clerk's Return.
