Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 12, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian Ellen Pober Rittberg, Esq., 998 C Old Country Road, Suite 285, Plainview, New York 11803, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
