| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to substitute retained counsel for assigned counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 4, 2006, and to continue his status as a poor person. The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel was granted on July 23, 2007, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
