Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the cost of photocopying the brief filed by his assigned counsel and the supplemental pro se brief he filed on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 24, 1997, which was determined by decision and order dated February 1, 1999.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
