Application by the respondents in Appeals No. 1 and 3 and the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 2 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 9, 2007, and August 3, 2007, respectively, and on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated June 6, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 22, 2008, and the movants' brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
