Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend his time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered September 7, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to take an appeal from the judgment is extended and the appellant's motion papers are deemed a timely notice of appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered September 7, 2007.
