It is hereby ORDERED that Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., 414 East Fairmount Avenue, P.O. Box 414, Lakewood, New York 14750, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Chautauqua County Court entered in the Chaugauqua County Clerk's Office on May 2, 2007 and August 6, 2007, in place of William F. Coughlin, Esq; and said appeals may be prosecuted upon one record as defined by 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (c)(1) and ten copies of appellant's brief reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529; and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Chautauqua County is directed to provide Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based.
