It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after January 7, 2008. If, by said date, the appellant has deposited the amount of the July 18, 2007 judgment [ $2,847.35] into the Civil Court and tendered the August 2007, to and including the January 2008, use and occupancy to the petitioner, without prejudice, then the appellant may renew this application for a further continuation of the stay.
