Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 7, 2006, and June 5, 2006, respectively, which were determined by opinion and order of this court dated September 18, 2007, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this court.
