Motion by the respondent to strike the appellant's supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered June 1, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 26, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement supplemental pro se brief that does not refer to matter dehors the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
