Separate applications by North Fork Bank and Integrity Contracting, Inc., on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 4, 2007, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge their time to perfect their respective appeals.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 19, 2008, and the joint record or appendix and the respective briefs of North Fork Bank and Integrity Contracting, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that Gerken Building Corporation shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
